I picked this picture because it gives a good visual to the story. I also picked it because at one point Shmuel talked about how him and his family were packed onto trains and they didn't know where they were going.

I also chose it because it shows how badly these people were treated and how crammed and dark the trains were. It also shows it during the winter and how the malnourished people would have frozen on a metal and wood train car with no source of warmth.

The way the visual helps is the same as I wrote on the other picture.
